The other day while Mike was at the Priesthood session of Conference I took the kids to the park. Jaida was such the poser the whole time. Any time I would try and take a picture of Jet she would do a sweet pose and ask me to take one of her. Can I just say how stinkin cute my kids are. I love the picture of Jet and Jaida on the air plane thingy at the park, I think it is a good representation of their relationship 50% of the time; Jaida causing a menace to Jet's society while smiling and he is crying or screaming. The other 50% they are loving on each other and Jaida is helping him with something or feeding him or hugging on him. As many of you know Jaida has a baby head rubbing fettish, she loves to touch babies heads, she thinks they are so soft. Sometimes it is a little embarasing when I am talking with someone I don't really know who has a baby and she askes me if she can touch that babies head. The people are always a little taken back. She is always rubbing Jet's head, if she is mad at him it will be a quick reprimanding hand through his hair (or a back and forth hard rub) and if she is loving on him it is softer. Poor Jetty, hopefully this doesn't cause him to lose his hair too young... Not sure where she got this from but if she ever askes to touch your babies head don't be alarmed.... Jaida is also getting so excited for her cousins to come for a visit. Stormy rented a condo in Oceanside and almost all of Mike's brothers and their families are coming out for it. Everyday Jaida askes if today is the day. We can't wait.
The other pictures are Jaida learning to ride a bike with no training wheels. If you ever try this be forewarned it freakin kills your back to help your kids do this. She still doesn't have it down quit yet but she looks sweet in all her gear (especialy the Michael Jackson gloves)
And you guessed it.... more beach time.
oh ya, there is also a picture of Jetty in there playing with his cars (which he loves) wearing nothin but shoes (and a diaper) He loves shoes, any kind, big, small, girls or boys.

So for some reason that last picture of Jaida really reminded me of you. I had to do a double take to make sure that wasn't you. I think it's because it looks like a ballerina pose. I wish I was coming to stay at the condo!!
Ok seriously Jaida is learning to ride a bike with NO trainers?! I have got to get Mitch a bike! I actually took him to Wal Mart the other day to try riding because I saw some of the neighbor kids riding there bikes & they are a year younger, so I felt like I am a bad mom for depriving him of bike riding skills. anyway, he wanted to just push the peddles backwards & I was so frustrated! so I told Jord he is going to have to teach him how to ride or teach me to be more calm. I completely have faith in Mitchs ability to learn I just don't know how to teach him. anyway, go Jaida! when are you coming to see us?! is that your dad in the sleeping pose? or just some man on the beach you liked?
